Junk Removal FAQs
The 50 most common questions we get about pricing, same-day service, heavy items, light demolition, and eco-friendly disposal across Aurora, Naperville, and the Fox Valley.
Upfront pricing • Licensed & Insured • We match or beat written quotes
Pricing & Quotes
1) How do your prices work?
Pricing is primarily based on truck volume (how much space your items take), plus item type/weight and access. Every job gets a firm, all-inclusive quote before we start—no hidden fees.
2) Do you charge for an on-site quote?
No. On-site quotes are free and obligation-free. You can also text photos for a ballpark estimate.
3) Can I text photos for a fast estimate?
Yes—send clear photos and a short description to (630) 278-4643. We’ll reply with a quick range and lock a firm price on arrival.
4) Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there’s a small minimum to cover truck, labor, and disposal. If your load is larger, volume pricing kicks in and reduces cost per item.
5) Do you match or beat competitor quotes?
Yes. Show a written estimate from a licensed, insured competitor and we’ll match or beat it.
6) What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit/debit, cash, and invoice for approved business accounts. Payment is due on completion.
7) Are tips expected?
Never required—our crew is paid well. If they exceeded expectations, tips are appreciated.
8) Can I get an invoice or receipt for my records?
Absolutely. We email or text your itemized invoice at checkout. Business clients can receive W-9s on request.
9) Do you have different rates for curbside pickup?
Yes—curbside is typically discounted because access is easier and faster.
10) How big is your truck?
Large, professional dump-style trucks sized for residential streets and commercial lots; volume-based pricing keeps costs fair.
Scheduling & Same-Day Service
11) Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Often yes. Call before noon at (630) 278-4643 for the best chance.
12) What arrival windows do you use?
We provide a 2-hour window and text when we’re on the way with live ETA updates.
13) Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes—7 days a week. After-hours available for commercial and property managers.
14) How far in advance should I book?
Same-day/next-day are common. Larger cleanouts and light demo: 24–72 hours notice helps.
15) Can I reschedule?
Of course. Please give as much notice as possible so we can reassign the route.
